Hello, my name is Alli!
I'm a medical student by day and an illustrator in between breaks <3
I graduated with a Biochemistry degree at De La Salle University - Manila. Although I’m not an art student, I’ve always been in love with art growing up. I really love reading books, watching movies, and drawing things that occupy my thoughts.Aside from being a doctor, my ultimate goal and dream is to see my art on bookshelves, may it be in book stores or in yours! :DAs such, I currently specialize in illustrating character portraits, book covers, endpapers, and other book related art.Thank you so much for supporting me here in my little art corner <3
First of all, I want to thank you for being interested enough in my commissions for you to check this out!!! If you're reading this, I hope we get the chance to work together! 💜This section includes a step-by-step guide in how to commission me and my entire commission process.
Please read this entire section and my Terms of Service before commissioning me. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions! <3
1) Please look at my availability under "Commission Status and Schedule" in the home page of my site. This may still vary depending on the scope of your project and my schedule. Feel free to inquire first! :)2) To ensure that I receive your inquiry and for a faster process, please email me at [email protected] with the following information:Email Subject

✿ questions/clarifications/other relevant info you may wish to add3) Please note that this does not ensure your commission slot yet. I'll still let you know if I can accommodate the project. Please also allow me a grace period of 2-5 days in replying since I'm a med student and can be a bit busy at times. Feel free to bump your email if I go more than a week without replying! :)4) If I can accommodate your project, I'll be sending you my commission form where you will fill up the complete details of your commission.5) Once my commission form is filled up, only then will you be officially added to my queue. I will also be sending you a confirmation email, along with the tentative price as well.6) Once we settle and agree on the schedule and pricing, we're good for now! No need for any payments just yet. I'll just reach out to you again 1-2 weeks before I start on your commission :D
To show my commission process, I'll be featuring an actual commissioned piece by @luna.dreams 💜STAGE 1: Rough Concept Sketches
This stage starts the commission process. The sketches you'll receive will be based on the details you filled up on my commission form. Upon receiving this, you can proceed to pay the full payment or the first half of the sum to the Paypal account I'll provide you with.Revisions: maximum of 10
Allowed changes: anything, poses, height, body type, hair style, other last minute details, etc.
STAGE 2: Cleaned-Up Sketch
I'll only proceed to this stage after receiving the first half of the sum or the full payment. This is a time-consuming process as I try to finalize and clean the lineart in this stage. Any major changes to the pose would be difficult.Revisions: maximum of 5
Allowed changes: addition of accessories (i.e. crown), hairstyle (hair up, down, shorten, lengthen), minor outfit changes (sleeves, make it more fit, remove vest, etc), minor pose changes (hand on waist, eyes closed, change smile, etc)
Changes that will incur a fee:
anything that was not included in the commission form
Major outfit changes (if for example you specified that your character is wearing a gown in your commission form, it would be difficult to change it into a jeans/shirt/tunic.),
Major pose changes (If for example you want them sitting down, we would have to restart the rough sketches)
STAGE 3: Color Test
As the name implies, this stage will be focused on colors. Please note that these are only base colors and it can still lighten or darken.Revisions: maximum of 5 (colors only)
Allowed changes:
colors of the eye, hair, lip, skin, outfit, accessories, background, etc.
Changes that will incur a fee: any major outfit changes, major pose changes, major background changes (e.g. make it into a city, add waterfalls etc.), and addition of details that were not specified in your form (a sudden addition of an animal, etc.)
STAGE 4: Render (Shadows and Highlights)
In this stage, I've already colored in the lineart and added some of the shadows and highlights. This is not yet final and I would still clean up some of the details.Revisions: maximum of 2
Allowed changes: Since rendering could alter the base colors slightly, you can tell me if we need to lighten or darken any of the colors.
Changes that will incur a fee: any major changes that was mentioned previously
STAGE 5: Render (Polishing & Final touches)In this stage, I've already added the lighting, glowing effects, and finalized everything in one layer. This would already be considered as the finished illustration.Revisions: maximum of 1
Allowed changes: colors that needs to slightly lightened or darkened, details that I might've missed cleaning up (a stray sketch line etc.)
On some instances, I might skip or combine stages. This usually happens if we're rushing a deadline or if the brief was already very specific. If I do skip some of the stages, I'll allow some major changes.
Final Files
If you chose the 50/50 payment option, please understand that I'll only send the final full resolution file upon receiving the remaning half of the payment.✿ file will be sent in PNG and in a default size of 7x9 inches. Other file formats (JPG, PDF, etc.) and resizing (might alter the piece slightly) is free and available upon request.✿ file will either be sent to your email or via a google drive link (for multiple illustrations and file types)Other notes
✿ Late replies: Aside from the difference in our time zones, please also allow me a grace period of 1-5 days in replying. Med school takes up most of my time and there would be moments (like exam weeks) where I would be replying a lot slower. If there would be any delays with the dealine, I'll be sure to communicate this with you beforehand. Feel free to follow up or bump me as well if I go over a week in replying. You can also dm me over on instagram @artsiidaisy.✿ Rush fees: My normal turnaround time would be 4-7 weeks upon receiving the first half of the payment. Anything under or equal to 3 weeks would be considered as a rush commission and would be subjected to an additional fee of +50% to +100% of the total.✿ I usually book out at least 1-2 months in advance. It would be ideal to reach out at least 2 months before your actual deadline to ensure your slot.By proceeding to commission me,
you agree to my Terms of Service.
